The rules, in the fewest words that still mean something.

These terms are a contract between you and Sensei Learning. By using jurasensei.com or the practice tool, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

If you are under 18, read these terms with a parent, guardian or teacher. By using Sensei you confirm that whoever is responsible for you is content for you to do so.

Sensei is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB), NECO, or any other examination or regulatory body. Their names are used only to describe which syllabus our questions are mapped to, which is nominative fair use.

We do not distribute live, leaked or stolen examination papers, and we never will. Every question in the bank is written by us against the published syllabus. If you are looking for “expo”, this is the wrong product.

An adaptive practice tool: it asks multiple-choice questions, diagnoses wrong answers, adjusts difficulty, estimates your mastery per sub-topic, and schedules revision. Sessions run in your browser and your history is stored on your device — see the privacy notice.

The service is currently in early access and offered free of charge. We may add, change or withdraw features, subjects or cohorts. If we ever introduce paid plans, existing free practice will not be retroactively billed.

We take the correctness of questions, answers and diagnoses seriously and correct errors quickly when they are reported. Even so, the content is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is free of errors, that it covers every examinable topic, or that it reflects the most recent syllabus revision on any given day.

We do not guarantee any examination result. Mastery percentages are internal estimates produced by our own model from your answers. They are a study aid, not a prediction of your grade and not a substitute for your teacher, your school, or the official syllabus.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, mirror or systematically extract the question bank, whether by script, automated agent or by hand;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content, or present it as your own material;
• use the service to build, train or benchmark a competing product without our written permission;
• attempt to breach, probe or overload the service, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it;
• use it in a way that breaks Nigerian law or the rules of your school or examination body — including during an actual examination.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

All questions, diagnoses, worked solutions, copy, code, drawings and design in Sensei are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own study or for teaching your own students.

Teachers may use the material with their classes. That does not extend to publishing it, packaging it into a paid course, or distributing it in print or as a file.

Joining the early-access list is a request, not a guarantee of a place. Cohorts are opened in batches so that the routing engine is tested against real sessions before it is scaled.

If you give us an email address, we use it to tell you when your cohort opens. We do not run a newsletter. You can unsubscribe or ask for deletion at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or examination outcomes arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months — which, during free early access, is nil.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of failures outside our control. Because your practice history is stored on your own device, a brief outage does not lose your progress.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Material changes affecting people on the early-access list will be emailed.
