The syllabus is public. The mistakes are not.
Anyone can fine-tune on a WAEC syllabus — it is a PDF. What nobody has is a record of how Nigerian students actually get it wrong: which distractor an SS3 student in Aba reaches for at 11pm, which stem wording collapses comprehension, which two topics get confused for each other every single year.
That record only exists where students sit. We build it one session at a time, and a model that has seen four million wrong answers routes better than one that has seen four thousand. The gap compounds, and it compounds in one direction.
